A fourteenth-generation Cape Codder, Alan Chace lives in Orleans, not far from where his ancestors settled almost 400 years ago. He attended local schools, the University of Massachusetts, and Salem State College and has taught or held administrative positions in secondary and college environments.

Alan has had a full-time real estate career for more than 20 years. The owner of Cape North Real Estate prior to its merger with Wilkinson and Associates, he has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate sales, including residential, commercial and business analysis, land acquisitions and 1031 tax-free exchanges.

Alan knows the Cape and appreciates what it has to offer. A licensed instrument pilot, he enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, survival techniques and (for a change of pace) time in Maine. He is married to the former Lenore Parella. They have three grown children and two grandchildren.
