Well-known and respected for her professionalism and dedication to our community, Kathy has been helping folks buy and sell houses in the Orleans area since 1974.

She was Orleans director of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service for more than 15 years, served as Orleans and Eastham Membership Chairman for Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Cape Cod Sports Ambassadors.

Kathy recognizes that Orleans and the surrounding villages of the Lower Cape are highly-desirable small towns, each with an aura of privacy and individuality.

Born and raised in Westchester, New York, she summered on the Cape as a child before becoming a year-round resident. She raised four children here, all of whom attended the Nauset Regional School system. Now, in her spare time, Kathy enjoys introducing her ten grandchildren to the wonderful things that are uniquely “Cape Cod”— sailing lessons on Pleasant Bay, an Orleans Cardinals game under the lights at Eldredge Park, a ride along the outer beach for a family picnic...
